PTE Academic is taken on a computer and scored automatically, so this course trains you on the same task types in the same conditions. You practise speaking into a microphone, typing summaries and answering listening tasks against the clock.
Every week ends with a full practice test and a score report showing which skills to work on.
Who it's for
Students who need a PTE Academic score for a university or visa application and already use English at an intermediate level.
What you'll cover
Weeks 1–2: Speaking and writing
Read aloud, repeat sentence, describe image, summarise written text and essay tasks.
Weeks 3–4: Reading
Multiple choice, re-order paragraphs and fill-in-the-blanks, with timing strategy.
Weeks 5–6: Listening and full tests
Summarise spoken text, write from dictation, and two full practice tests.
By the end of the course
- Complete every PTE task type within its time limit.
- Know which of your skills affect which part of the score.
